Chris Foy
President

Chris Foy is the President of Impression Sports & Entertainment LLC. With a vast array of high-profile sales accomplishments to date, Chris brings over nineteen years of professional sales and management experience to his agency. Through measurable results and his client focused approach to business, Chris has built solid relationships with many of the top brands within the sports and entertainment landscape.

Well accomplished within the sponsorship ranks, Chris has either built or worked within major sponsorship-focused companies including The Bonham Group (built naming rights and sales division), Live Nation and General Sports Alliances (GSA) (built company).  With the creation of Impression Sports & Entertainment, Chris provides his clients with an extensive portfolio of experience and high-end sales and marketing solutions.

Chris Lennon
Vice President, New Business Development

Chris Lennon is Vice President, New Business Development of Impression Sports & Entertainment LLC.  After joining Impression in September 2012, he brings over sixteen years of sales, brand marketing, event execution, sponsorship activation, and relationship building experience to Impression. During his tenure with Impression he has brokered partnership agreements on behalf of clients with brands that include Clemson University, Cree, Novo Nordisk, Denny’s, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Duke Energy, and Haribo.  In 2015 and 2016 he successfully secured Camping World as the new title partner for the Independence Bowl, the new naming rights partner for Orlando’s Citrus Bowl Stadium, the new title partner for Orlando’s annual Kickoff Game over Labor Day weekend on ESPN, and, the new title partner for what is now known as the Camping World Bowl played each December.

Born and raised in Phillipsburg, NJ, Chris earned a BA degree from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA while a member of the men’s basketball team. He later went on to earn a Master’s degree, with a specialization in Sports Marketing, from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. He currently resides in Denver, CO.

Tom Philand
Naming Rights and Pro Team Consultant

Tom Philand, Role TBD comes to Impression Sports as an industry expert in sports marketing, media, retail and sponsorship.

Most recently, Tom was the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Kroenke Sports & Entertainment. He joined the organization in 2000 at the inception of Stan Koneke’s initial purchase of the Pepsi Center, Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche.  Philand held a wide array of management roles and directed a team of a100+ employees during his tenure.|

Additionally, Philand was a key member of the management team that initially launched Altitude Sports & Entertainment; the regional sports network that is the home for all team broadcasts throughout a ten state region in 2004.  Tom also served on the board for Arsenal Broadband, which holds the media rights for the Arsenal Gunners in the EPL.

Philand directed the sales, sponsorship and premium services for KSE, which grew to also include the Colorado Crush (Arena Football League), Colorado Mammoth (National Lacrosse League), Colorado Rapids, Dick’s Sporting Goods Park and the Paramount Theatre.  He was also charged with all sales and marketing for Altitude Sports & Entertainment.

In his role as CMO he was responsible for branding and game entertainment, including the updating and digitization of Pepsi Center.   This was the largest jumbotron installation in the world as of 2013.  He also was involved with a variety of ancillary major events held at Pepsi Center including the NBA & NHL All Star Games, the Denver Grand Prix and NCAA tournament games.

Throughout these roles, he worked with a wide array of national sponsors including Pepsi, Transamerica, Xfinity, Western Union, Toyota, Arrow Electronics and Adidas.

Prior to joining KSE, Philand was Director of Marketing at The Denver Post.

Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Philand attended the University of Colorado Boulder and resides with his wife and son in Denver, Colorado.


Margaret Head
Director of Client Services

Margaret Head joined Impression Sports & Entertainment in June of 2016 after spending three years with a sports marketing agency called The Marketing Arm ("TMA") in Chicago, Illinois. At TMA, she worked with AT&T to provide market research, competitive landscape analysis and evaluation insights to strategically align AT&T with major sports sponsorships within the NCAA platform. She assisted with contract negotiations and oversaw multiple AT&T business accounts. Margaret managed client reports, proposals, evaluations, relationships and fully embodied the concept of wearing many different hats while at TMA. Her role at Impression Sports and Entertainment includes assisting and managing all facets of the company’s business including sales prospecting, sales support, evaluation, client and vendor management (i.e. managing valuation firms), creating decks and more.

Born and raised in Evanston, IL, she graduated from Butler University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing. She currently resides in Denver, CO.


Craig Walsh
Vice President, Naming Rights & Sponsorship

Craig Walsh is Vice President, Naming Rights & Sponsorship at Impression Sports & Entertainment LLC.  He brings 18 years of sports and sponsorship sales and management experience having developed top level relationships and partnership agreements across a wide range of properties and corporate brands.

Prior to joining Impression Sports & Entertainment, Craig worked in Corporate Partnerships for the Denver Broncos securing sponsorships for local and national brands through a mix of team assets including print, television, radio, digital, signage, on-site, hospitality and intellectual property.  During his tenure with the Broncos, Craig was also responsible for Suite Sales & Service overseeing business development, client service and retention. 

Previously, Craig was Director of Sales for The Bonham Group, a leading naming rights and sponsorship valuation agency.  In this role, Craig assisted teams throughout the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL and NCAA with market research, sponsorship valuation, stadium naming rights and title sponsorship sales and negotiation. Craig began his career as Partner and Regional Sales Manager at Athlon Sports, the largest publisher of sports annuals in the U.S. developing integrated media, merchandising and sports hospitality programs.

Originally from Southern California, Craig earned a BA degree from The University of Colorado at Boulder.  An outdoor sports enthusiast, he enjoys fly fishing, skiing, golf, tennis and coaching youth sports.  Craig has served on several non-profit boards and committees including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, Denver Zoo, Four Mile Historic Park and is a graduate of the Denver Metro Chamber’s Leadership Denver program.  He currently resides in Centennial, CO with his wife Krissy and their three daughters Ella, Avery & Brooke.


Tanya Mitchell
Vice President, Strategic Alliances

Tanya Mitchell has been hired as Vice President, Strategic Alliances at Impression Sports & Entertainment LLC.  She brings 18 years of sports marketing, corporate partnerships and advertising sales experience, having previously worked for the Anaheim Ducks, Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins, Boy Scouts of America and Fox Sports Net.

Prior to joining the ISE Team, Tanya worked in Corporate Partnerships with the Boy Scouts of America, aligning outdoor brands such as Vista Outdoor with the BSA through media, properties, programs and events.  Tanya has also worked within a variety of mediums in the sports marketing industry.  She worked directly for an NHL team as the Director of Corporate Sales for the Anaheim Ducks Hockey Club and Honda Center, securing relationships with brands like Pepsi, Miller and Honda.  She worked for a Regional Sports Network owned by the Red Sox and Bruins (NESN) and served as their National Sales Manager, shepherding relationships with the likes of Boston Beer Company, Lincoln Mercury and Miller .  She started in this industry as a sales assistant at Fox Sports Net, representing Home Team Sports in New York City.

Tanya grew up in Southern California and attend The College of William and Mary on a volleyball scholarship.  After spending 15 years on the East Coast, she came back home to Orange County and currently resides in Laguna Niguel, CA with her daughter, Ava Scarlett.
